Eph 3:14-19: For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family[a] in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Lord, we bow our knee before You and ask that according to the riches of Your glory, you would grant strength to all those who have sought refuge. We ask that You would empower them by Your Spirit in their inner being and that Christ would dwell in their hearts through faith. Restore their hope and ground them by surrounding them with people who will show Your love to them in this new place they now call home. Please strengthen them in knowing how grand and large is Your love for them and restore them with all the fullness of a life lived in the peace that comes from knowing You.
